Working in Daeah E&C helped me to develop my skills and experience. The key point is a healthy and cooperative management team who are supporting HSE team on/off site.

Productive and the workplace is very safe
In the morning we have an everyday exercise, i learned so many idea from this company idea about how to work easily and the management is ok, the work place is very safe, the hardest job i encountered is when the humidity is very high specially when i do welding job, and the most enjoyable part of my job is when our boss is joking with us

Working with DAEAH ENGINEERING and CONSTRUCTION provided me with enough knowledge in piping . With their management they were all attentive with the needs of Filipino workers like me. The work place however became hard and challenging because of the weather with too much humid and high temperature in the Zirku Island were i was assigned but still i was able to cope up with this. Job is not hard because i used to be a pipe fiiter for almost 5 years. The most emjoyable part is working with different people from different places in the world. The customs, tradition of those people i worked with is really interesting and enjoyable too.

Preparing daily attendance report manpower & heavy equipment, Status report for the workers, updated for the incoming & outgoing visas both Korean & TCN. Regarding the workplace expected & unexpected because construction site (sandstorm, humid). Hardest part in my part during demobilization. And most enjoyable part is to receive your salary & compensation.
Good working condition

No free medical,no travel pay as in not enough to earn money.this company is just a below average than the other good companies here in Uae and after your final exit you will wait more than a week to get your plane ticket

the co workers is good and the management is very strict but that is good because they are the management sometimes they are abusive to power because small mistake of the worker they want to make t big... the working place is nice although its hot because its saudi arabia...
